Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the items in your order, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
Because Wicked Stem partners with trusted production partners, items within the same order may ship separately.
If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment at no additional cost.
Digital Products
Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable guides, are delivered electronically shortly after your purchase is complete.
No shipping is required, and you'll receive access instructions by email.
